Digitalized Malleen Shopping Center Management
A case study of the development of a web application for shopping center management for Malleen Solutions s.r.o., which we entered as partners.

Client's request
The client approached us with a request to create a web application that would enable communication between shopping center administrators and individual stores. Other functionalities that the client requested included, for example, the ability to create marketing campaigns, display monthly sales reports, or a directory with contacts for other employees of the store.
Problem

The biggest challenge for us was the very limited project budget and delivery deadline, during which we had the task of creating the application in its current form. The application was developed as an MVP, or minimum valuable product. In other words, we were tasked with creating a product with basic functionalities, which customers would then verify in practice and based on that, decide on the further direction of development. During the implementation, however, the requirements for the appearance of the application began to increase and the functionalities that were to be implemented in it began to expand.
Solution

To solve the problem of low budget and short delivery time, we used the Chakra UI library, where we prepared all the components, such as the sizes and colors of individual elements in the application, at the beginning of development, and then we simply implemented these predefined components into individual pages. Thanks to this, we were able to easily implement larger design demands in one place.

Which technologies were used
The application administration environment is programmed in Python and its Django Framework. For the user interface, we chose React js using the Chakra UI library, which made our developers' work easier and faster. The advantage of this platform is primarily the global setting of components, which are then used in individual sections of the application, so developers have part of the work already prepared in advance.
