If you are our client, newsletter subscriber or website visitor, you disclose your personal data to us. We are responsible for their protection and security. Please take a while to read our personal data protection policy and familiarise yourself with the rights that are granted to you by GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER?
The company Think Easy s.r.o., IN: 05824541, with a registered office at Estonská 548/6, Vršovice, 101 00 Praha 10, incorporated at the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, no. 271500 (hereinafter “Think Easy”) commits to ensuring adequate protection of personal data of its clients. Think Easy therefore informs its clients (data subjects) about the processing of their personal data pursuant to the regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter “GDPR”).

DATA SUBJETCS
Pursuant to Article 4, Paragraph 7 of GDPR, the data subjects are the clients of Think Easy.
For the purposes of this policy, the clients of Think Easy are defined as natural persons using the website www.thinkeasy.cz and services of Think Easy. Personal data of clients of Think Easy are processed by Think Easy according to Article 4, Paragraph 2 of GDPR.
PURPOSE AND DURATION OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Think Easy processes the personal data of its clients only to the extent necessary for the provision of services required by clients and expressly in the manner determined by Think Easy. Personal data are processed for the effective period of the contractual relationship between the client and Think Easy.
Think Easy also processes personal data of its clients and leads who consented with this for the purposes of presenting these clients and/or leads with offers of its services.
The purpose of personal data processing not requiring client’s consent
- Fulfilment of contractual obligations resulting from the agreement between the client and Think Easy, or performance of measures taken before the conclusion of such a contract at the request of the data subject;
- Fulfilment of obligations resulting from general legally binding regulations;
- Protection of justified interests of the relevant controller or a third party, except for cases where interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject requiring protection of personal data take precedence over the aforementioned interests.
Personal data not requiring the client’s consent are processed by Think Easy only for the period necessary for the provision of its services to the client. Personal data will be retained by Think Easy for the period of 3 years from the date of the contract termination between Think Easy and the client, or for the period of 5 years and 10 years as required by general legally binding regulations, i.e. the Accounting Act No. 563/1991 Coll. as amended and the Value Added Tax Act No. 235/2004 Coll. as amended.
DATA FROM THE WEB BROWSER
The website www.thinkeasy.cz uses data from web browsers (“cookies”) of our clients. These are stored in the client’s web browser for the purpose of traffic measuring and analysis of the website use as well as for the improvement of the function and performance of the website.
The so-called cookies are data files which are placed by the server into the client’s computer or another device when the page is loaded. These files enable a normal functioning of the website and help it to remember actions, settings or preferences of the user/client of Think Easy. Cookies facilitate privacy protection as they enable storing information about the web use. These personal data are not processed directly in a legible form, but solely as encrypted technical records.
UStoring and use of cookies can be disabled in the settings of the client’s web browser. The settings of the web browser can usually be changed so that the browser always first asks the user (client of Think Easy) whether they wish to store cookies. Alternatively, storing of cookies in the browser can be disabled altogether. This may, however, prevent certain parts of the website from functioning properly. Already stored cookies can also be deleted from the device in the web browser.

RIGHTS OF THE CLIENT OF THINK EASY AS THE DATA SUBJECT
Pursuant to provisions of Article 15 et seq. of GDPR, the client of Think Easy has the following rights in relation to the processing of their personal data. At all times, the client has the right to withdraw their consent with the personal data processing, free of charge. Their personal data will be deleted from the database of Think Easy.
The client of Think Easy also has the right to request access to their personal data, ask for the correction or an update of these data, ask for amending incomplete personal data, ask for deletion or restriction of data processing, raise objections to processing, end of processing or destruction of their personal data, and ask for information concerning personal data processing. Furthermore, the client of Think Easy has the right to ask for an explanation and/or a remedy of incorrect data. These rights can be exercised by submitting an email request to info@thinkeasy.cz or a written request to the postal address of Think Easy. Finally, the client of Think Easy has the right to file a complaint with the Officer for Personal Data Protection.
FINAL PROVISIONS
All legal relationships arising in relation to the clients’ personal data processing by Think Easy are governed by the applicable law of the Czech Republic regardless of the location from which the website www.thinkeasy.cz realised.
Where the need for dispute settlement in connection with personal data protection arises, the courts of the Czech Republic shall have jurisdiction.
This policy can be modified or amended by Think Easy at all times.
This policy takes effect and enters into force on 17.05.2020.
